摘　　要：本研究主要研究现代种业企业的财务特征、面临的困境以及解决路径。通过文献综述和实地调研,总结出现代种业企业财务特征包括高投入、高风险、长周期和高利润等。在面临的困境方面,主要包括市场竞争激烈、技术创新压力大、政策环境不稳定、融资成本高等问题。为了解决这些困境,我们提出了多种解决路径,包括加强技术创新、优化经营管理、拓宽销售渠道、降低融资成本以及积极响应政策及法律法规变化等。最后,我们选取了具有代表性的现代种业企业进行案例分析,探讨了其解决路径及效果。综合分析后,我们认为现代种业企业应该加强技术创新和经营管理,拓宽销售渠道,降低融资成本,积极响应政策及法律法规变化等,以应对市场竞争的挑战,并保持持续发展的态势。The article mainly studies the financial characteristics,predicaments,and solutions of modern seed industry enterprises.Through literature review and on-site investigation,it is concluded that the financial characteristics of modern seed industry enterprises include high investment,high risk,long cycle,and high profit.As for the predicaments they face,they mainly include fierce market competition,great pressure of technological innovation,unstable policy environment,and high financing costs.To solve these predicaments,various solutions are proposed,including strengthening technological innovation,optimizing management,expanding sales channels,reducing financing costs,and actively responding to policy and regulatory changes.Finally,representative modern seed industry enterprises are selected for case analysis to explore their solutions and effects.After comprehensive analysis,it is believed that modern seed industry enterprises should strengthen technological innovation and management,expand sales channels,reduce financing costs,and actively respond to policy and regulatory changes to meet the challenges of market competition and maintain a sustainable development trend.
