摘  要:针对急倾斜薄矿体开采过程中存在的机械化程度低、矿体连续性差、生产能力低等问题,以阿尔哈达矿业公司深部接续工程Ⅰ-3矿体为研究对象,对矿体赋存条件和开采条件进行了调查,根据该矿体的开采技术难题,对传统上向水平分层充填采矿工艺进行优化研究,提出一种适用于急倾斜薄矿体的上向水平分层分级尾砂充填采矿法,形成了一套针对急倾斜薄矿体高效开采的回采、充填体系。现场工业试验结果表明,新方法大幅提高了采场出矿量及采矿作业安全性,采矿损失率降低至6.5%,主要技术经济指标得到明显提升,对同类型矿山具有重要的参考价值。In response to the problems of low mechanization,poor continuity of the ore body and low production capacity in the mining process of the steeply-inclined thin ore body,the deep succession project of I-3 ore body in A'erhada Minerals Co.,Ltd.,was used as the research object,and its ore body conditions and mining conditions were investigated.According to the technical problems in the mining of ore body,the traditional upward horizontal cut and fill mining process was optimized,and an upward horizontal layered and graded tailings filling mining method for steeply-inclined thin ore body was proposed,forming a set of stoping and filling system for the efficient mining of steeply-inclined thin ore body.Field industrial test results show that the new method significantly improves the output of stope and the safety of mining operation.The mining loss rate is reduced to 6.5%,and the main technical and economic indicators are obviously improved,which has an important reference value for the same type of mines.
