摘 要:为探究给料速度、泥层沉降速率、底流质量浓度和屈服应力等多因素耦合条件下中细粒全尾砂絮凝沉降规律,在静态絮凝沉降试验的基础上,利用自主研发的连续浓密测试系统模拟立式砂仓内尾砂的动态絮凝沉降过程。研究结果表明,不同砂浆质量、不同絮凝剂添加量条件下,静态絮凝沉降曲线均呈现出先快速下降后基本趋于水平的形态;在给料速度为0.6 t/(m^(2)·h)时,动态絮凝沉降的底流质量浓度最高;底流质量浓度与底流屈服应力呈正相关关系,与泥层沉降速率呈负相关关系,并随着给料速度的增加而增大;絮团通过紊流区后呈现先加速沉降后稳定沉降的规律。研究结果指导了某矿实现了立式砂仓絮凝浓密中细粒全尾砂的工业应用。In order to explore the flocculation sedimentation law of medium-fine full tailings under the coupling conditions of feeding speed,mud layer sedimentation rate,underflow mass concentration and yield stress,based on the static flocculation sedimentation test,the dynamic flocculation sedimentation process of tailings in vertical sand bin was simulated by using the self-developed continuous thickening test system.The results show that under different mortar mass concentrations and different flocculants amounts,the static flocculation settlement curves all show a pattern of first rapid decline and then basically reaching a horizontal level.The dynamic flocculation sedimentation has the highest underflow mass concentration when the feeding speed is O.6 t/(m^(2).h).The underflow mass concentration is positively correlated with the yield stress and negatively correlated with the mud layer sedimentation rate,and increases with the increase of the feeding speed.After passing through the turbulent zone,the flocs exhibit a law of accelerated settlement and followed by stable settlement.The research results have guided a mine to achieve industrial application of flocculating and thickening medium-fine full tailings in vertical sand bin.
