摘  要:大直径钻孔作为煤层巷道常用的卸压手段,其卸压效果在定量化评估方面有待提高。采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,对钻孔直径、钻孔间距及钻孔深度进行了正交试验模拟分析,提出了钻孔卸压评价指标,运用极差分析法对卸压效果进行了定量化研究,并探讨了不同冲击倾向性煤层钻孔后的应力重新分布情况。结果表明:钻孔直径对卸压效果影响最大,与卸压比值K呈正相关关系,钻孔间距影响次之,钻孔深度影响最小;钻孔直径的增大能提升卸压区范围,钻孔间距的减小有利于卸压区的贯通,钻孔深度的增大能使高应力区向煤层深部转移,转移距离与钻孔深度呈正相关关系;钻孔卸压区的贯通能显著降低高应力区整体应力且能有效避免孔间应力集中。研究结果对冲击地压煤层大直径钻孔参数设计具有指导意义。Large diameter boreholes are commonly used in pressure relief in coal roadways,but the quantitative evaluation of its pressure relief effect stll needs to be improved.Using FLAC3D numerical simulation software,the orthogonal test simulation analysis was conducted on borehole diameter,borehole spacing and borehole depth,and the evaluation indexes of borehole pressure relief were proposed.The range analysis method was used to quantitatively study the pressure relief effect,and the stress redistribution after drilling in coal seams with different impact tendencies was discussed.The results show that the borehole diameter has the greatest influence on the pressure relief effect,which is positively correlated with the pressure relief ratio K,followed by the borehole spacing,and the borehole depth.The increase of borehole diameter can improve the range of pressure relief area,and the decrease of borehole spacing is beneficial to the penetration of pressure relief area.The increase of borehole depth can transfer the high stress area to the deep part of coal seam,and the transfer distance is positively correlated with borehole depth.The penetration of the borehole pressure relief zone can significantly reduce the overall stress in the high stress zone and effectively avoid the stress concentration between the holes.The research results have a guiding significance for the design of large diameter borehole parameters in rock burst coal seam.
