摘 要:针对传统大型喷涂作业粉尘浓度高、工艺复杂、成本高等问题,以黏土为主要基料、加入不同比例的水泥及工程纤维制备新型复合喷涂浆料,并采用实验室的方法测定了该浆料的气密性、抗弯曲性及黏度。研发出了新型复合浆料喷涂系统,并对该系统的效果进行了评价。研究表明:(1)采用黏土∶水泥∶添加剂∶工程纤维质量比为84∶14∶1.85∶0.15制成的新型复合喷涂浆料,具有良好的气密性与抗弯曲性能,黏附性也较好,可用于井巷的喷涂;(2)新型复合浆料喷涂系统喷射距离在1.5 m左右喷涂效果相对较好,回弹率仅为0.01%,作业现场的粉尘浓度均在15 mg/m3以内,相比传统喷涂工艺,涂料回弹率和粉尘浓度分别降低了99%和93.3%,抑尘效果良好;(3)新型复合浆料喷涂工艺可有效堵住漏风通道,缩短了漏风带宽度,抑制瓦斯与CO异常涌出,其粉料流量和有效流量都明显低于传统喷涂工艺,虽然该工艺可以满足现场的基本作业效率需求,但与传统喷涂工艺相比,在喷涂作业效率方面仍需提高。Aiming at the problems of high dust concentration,complex process and high cost in traditional large-scale spraying operation,a new composite spraying slurry was prepared by using clay as the main base material and adding different proportions of cement and engineering fiber.The air tightness,bending resistance and viscosity of the slurry were measured by laboratory methods.A new composite slurry spraying system was developed and the effect of the system was evaluated.The results are concluded as follows.Firstly,the new composite spraying slurry made of clay:cement:additive:engineering fiber with a mass ratio of 84:14:1.85:0.15 has good air tightness,bending resistance,as well as good adhesion,and can be used in the spraying of roadways.Secondly,the spraying effect of the new composite slurry spraying system is relatively good when the spraying distance is about 1.5 m,the rebound rate is only 0.01%,and the dust concentration at the working site is 15 mg/m^(3).Compared with the traditional spraying process,the rebound rate and dust concentration are reduced by 99%and 93.3%,respectively,and the dust suppression effect is better.Thirdly,the new composite slurry spraying process can effectively block the air leakage channel,shorten the width of the air leakage zone,and inhibit the abnormal emission of gas and CO.Its powder flow rate and effective flow rate are significantly lower than that of traditional spraying processes.Although this process can meet the basic operational efficiency requirements on site,compared with the traditional spraying process,the spraying operation efficiency still needs to be improved.
