摘　　要：目的探讨儿童急性肠套叠行空气灌肠整复治疗要点与规范化方案。方法分析总结台州市立医院2016年3月—2022年2月收治的469例肠套叠患儿行空气灌肠整复规范化治疗效果,及DSA下行空气灌肠整复操作经验,建立完善标准化诊疗流程。结果按照规范化方案治疗该组病例成功率99.15%(465/469),复发率3.01%(14/465),未见肠穿孔等严重并发症,无医疗纠纷、投诉;确立了相应的儿童急性肠套叠规范治疗流程。结论儿童肠套叠行空气灌肠整复术规范化方案的确立有利于该诊疗技术高效、安全进行,为标准化治疗提供一定参考。Objective To explore the main points and standardization of air enema in the treatment of acute intussusception in chil⁃dren.Methods 469 children with intussusception treated in Taizhou Municipal Hospital from March 2016 to February 2022 were analyzed and summarized,and the experience of DSA guided air enema rectification operation was summarized,and the standardized diagnosis and treatment procedures were established and improved.Results The success rate was 99.15%(465/469)and the recurrence rate was 3.01%(14/465).No intestinal perforation and other serious complications were observed,and no medical disputes or complaints were reported.The corresponding standard treatment procedure of acute intussusception in children has been established,and the related improvement de⁃sign has been awarded a number of national patents.Conclusion The establishment of the standardized scheme of air enema reconstructive surgery for intussusception in children is conducive to the efficient and safe operation of this diagnosis and treatment technology,and provides some reference for standardized treatment.
