台北“故宫博物院”藏《清实录》内阁小红绫本夹签考

摘　　要：在台北“故宫博物院”所藏内阁小红绫本清太宗至世宗朝《实录》中,夹有一批纸张形制和书写规则大抵相同的浮签。它们可能与《钦定外藩蒙古回部王公表传》的编纂有关,功能在于“检出”,即纂修官在通阅五朝《实录》时每发现一处外藩事迹,就按照一定格式记录在浮签上,再将其夹在《实录》相应位置,以备抄缮“底册”。这或许是为应对修书困境、提高效率所作之变通。这批浮签的发掘,将有助于厘清国史馆利用《实录》修书之程序,深化对官修史籍成书过程的认识。There are a batch of notes in the Qing Taizong,Shizu,Shengzu and Shizong Shilu of the Grand Secretariat collected in the Taipei Palace Museum.They may be related to the compilation of Qinding Waifan Menggu Huibu Wanggong Biaozhuan.Every time the compilatory officers found a record of external vassal states in Wuchao Shilu,they wrote a note according to the rule and attached it to corresponding text,which was intended for the making of Dice.It seemed a flexible way to deal with difficulties and improve efficiency.The discovery of these notes helps to elucidate the procedure of Dynastic Bureau of Historiography compiling biographies with Shilu and deepens our understanding of the writing process of official history.
