摘　　要：从经济高质量发展的视角深入研究区域联动效应及其转化机制,有助于理解新发展阶段区域经济发展的整体格局与联动规律,从而为科学调控区域联动效应进而实现区域经济协调发展提供重要的理论依据。本文在量化识别我国经济高质量发展区域联动效应的基础上,以四大板块为基本框架分析区域联动效应及其转化机制。研究发现:我国经济高质量发展水平表现出明显的板块经济特征,东部板块与中部板块之间以及东部板块内部、西部板块内部的辐射拉动效应已经形成;人口流动、经济特区的设立以及绿色发展差距的缩小均有助于推进区域间联动效应由虹吸效应向辐射效应转化。为使各板块内欠发达省份获取更多的辐射拉动效应,中部和东北板块可优先关注板块内部;西部板块可强化人口流动以及增长极对联动效应转化的推动效应;而东部和中部板块则应关注绿色发展差距对区域联动效应转化的约束效应。The research of regional linkage and its transformation mechanism from the perspective of high-quality economic development not only helps to understand the overall situation and linkage of regional economic development in the new period,but also can provide important decision-making basis to realize coordinated regional economic development of high quality.Based on the quantitative identification of the regional linkage effect of China?s high-quality economic development,this paper analyzes the regional linkage and its transformation mechanism with the framework of the four plates.The results show that:China?s high-quality economic development shows obvious characteristics of plate economy.In recent years,the radiation pulling effect between the eastern plate and the central plate and within the western plate and the eastern plate has formed.Population mobility,the establishment of special economic zones,and the narrowing gap in green development contribute to the transformation from siphon effect to radiation effect of regional linkage.To benefit the relatively less developed provinces in each plate with more radiation effect,the central plate and the northeast plate could give priority to the regulation within the plate.In the western plate,population mobility and growth pole should be strengthened to promote the transformation of linkage effect.The eastern plate should focus on the constraint effect of green development gap on the transformation of regional linkage.
