宣肺解痉方治疗轻中度支气管哮喘急性发作期临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察宣肺解痉方治疗轻中度支气管哮喘急性发作期的临床效果。方法将60例轻中度支气管哮喘急性发作期患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组30例予布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上予宣肺解痉方治疗。2组治疗4周后统计疗效。比较2组治疗前及治疗2、4周哮喘控制测试量表(ACT)评分以及治疗前后肺功能[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1 s用力呼气容积(FEV 1)、最大呼气流速(PEF)]、呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)水平及血清嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%(28/30),对照组总有效率73.33%(22/30),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗2、4周ACT评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗2、4周ACT评分均高于对照组同期(P<0.05)。2组治疗后FVC、FEV 1、PEF水平均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后FeNO水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血清ECP、IgE水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宣肺解痉方可有效缓解支气管哮喘急性发作期患者的症状,改善肺功能,降低气道炎性反应,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xuanfei Jiejing Formula for slight or moderate acute attack of bronchial asthma.Methods Sixty patients with slight or moderate acute attack of bronchial asthma were randomly assigned into the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).All patients were managed by budesonide formoterol powder inhalation,and those in the treatment group were additionally treated with Xuanfei Jiejing Formula.Treated for 4 weeks,the aim was to compare Asthma Control Test(ACT),pulmonary function(forced vital capacity[FVC],forced expiratory volume in one second[FEV 1],peak expiratory flow[PEF]),fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO),serum eosinophil cationic protein(ECP),serum immunoglobulin E(IgE).Results The overall effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(93.33%[28/30]vs 73.33%[22/30],[P<0.05],respectively).On weeks 2 and 4,ACT scores in groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),which in the treatment group were higher compared with the concurrent control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FVC,FEV 1 and PEF in groups were increased,which were increased in the treatment group relevant to the control group(P<0.05).FeNO,ECP,IgE in groups were decreased(all P<0.05),the reduction in the treatment group was more prevalent compared with the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with slight or moderate acute attack of bronchial asthma,Xuanfei Jiejing Formula can effectively relieve symptoms,improve lung function,and reduce airway inflammatory response,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
