温阳益气中药联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗肺肾阳虚型支气管哮喘缓解期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察温阳益气中药联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗肺肾阳虚型支气管哮喘缓解期的临床疗效。方法将105例肺肾阳虚型支气管哮喘患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组53例予布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗,治疗组52例在对照组治疗基础上予温阳益气中药治疗。2组疗程均为3个月。对比2组治疗前后中医证候评分、哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分、血清指标[白细胞介素4(IL-4)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)]、肺功能指标[第1 s用力呼气容积(FEV 1)、FEV 1占预计值百分率(FEV 1%pred)]及不良反应情况。结果2组治疗后中医证候各项评分及总分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后ACT评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后IL-4、IgE水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后FEV 1%pred、FEV 1均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论温阳益气中药联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂能够明显改善肺肾阳虚型支气管哮喘缓解期患者中医证候、ACT评分、血清指标及肺功能,且无明显不良反应。Objective To investigate the curative effect and feasibility of Chinese medicine for Wenyang Yiqi combined with Seretide on bronchial asthma of lung and kidney yang deficiency type in remission stage.Methods A total of 105 patients with bronchial asthma(lung and kidney yang deficiency type)were grouped according to the number table method.On the basis of Seretide(the control group n=53),the treatment group(n=52)were additionally received Chinese medicine for Wenyang Yiqi for 3 months.The aiming was compare the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,asthma control test(ACT)scores,serum indicators including serum interleukin-4(IL-4),immunoglobulin E(IgE),lung function indicators including first second forced expiratory volume(FEV 1),percentage of FEV 1 to expected value(FEV 1%pred),and adverse reactions between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores and total scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased compared to before treatment in this group(P<0.05),and the treatment group was lower than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).ACT scores in both groups increased compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).IL-4 and IgE in both groups decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and which were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).FEV 1%pred and FEV 1 in both groups increased compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and which was higher in the treatment group than in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with bronchial asthma in the remission stage(lung and kidney yang deficiency type),the combination of Chinese medicine for warming yang and Seretide can significantly improve TCM syndromes,ACT scores,serum indicators,and lung function without significant adverse reactions.
