摘　　要：目的观察麻杏纤畅酥治疗功能性便秘(FC)的有效性及安全性。方法将214例FC患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,治疗组107例(后脱落4例)予麻杏纤畅酥治疗,对照组107例(后脱落5例)予乳果糖口服溶液治疗,疗程2周。比较2组治疗前后的大便症状评分、便秘患者生活质量量表(PAC-QOL)评分,并统计2组疗效和安全性。结果治疗组总有效率91.3%(94/103),对照组总有效率67.6%(69/102),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后各项大便症状评分及总分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后PAC-QOL各项评分及总分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。所有患者均未出现不良事件,血糖及血脂未出现异常。结论麻杏纤畅酥治疗FC疗效可靠,可以改善排便情况和生活质量,提高总有效率,安全性良好。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Maxing Xianchang Su for functional constipation(FC).Methods Totally 214 FC patients were randomly assigned to the treatment group(n=107,4 cases of shedding)and the control group(n=107,5 cases of shedding),in which they were treated with Maxing Xianchang Su and lactulose oral solution,respectively.A 2-week treatment was performed to compare fecal symptom score,Patient Assessment of Constipation Quality-of-Life(PAC-QOL).The curative effect was assessed.Results The overall effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(91.3%[94/103]vs 67.6%[69/102],[P<0.05],respectively).After treatment,fecal symptom scores and PAC-QOL scores in groups were decreased(P<0.05),which decreased in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse events and no abnormalities in blood glucose and blood lipids in all patients.Conclusion For FC patients,Maxing Xianchang Su has reliable curative effect,can improve the defecation and quality of life,increase the total effective rate,and with good safety.
