摘　　要：结合天然产物全合成的理论知识,设计了从简单易得的底物出发实现吴茱萸碱一锅法合成的综合化学实验。实验过程包括背景文献调研与分析总结、吴茱萸碱一锅法合成、化合物波谱性质表征以及反应机理研究。该综合实验不仅可以培养学生的文献检索、合成操作以及谱图分析等方面的综合能力,而且可以提高学生对有机合成方法学及反应机理研究的理解,提升学生对科学研究逻辑的认知,为将来从事相关科研或实践工作打下基础。The comprehensive experiment of one-pot total synthesis of Evodiamine from readily available substrates is designed based on the theoretical knowledge of total synthesis of natural products.The experiment includes four parts:Background literature investigation and analysis,one-pot total synthesis of Evodiamine,structural characterization and mechanism study.Students'comprehensive quality in literature retrieval,experiment operation,and spectra analysis will be trained in this experiment.Moreover,this experiment can significantly improve the students'understanding of organic synthesis and mechanism study,and further improve their cognition about the logic of scientific research.This experiment will lay a foundation for students to engage in relevant scientific research or practical work in the future.
