摘  要:研究旨在得到一种晶型不同的甘氨酸锌螯合物。试验通过调节反应温度、pH值、原料的物质的量的比合成新型甘氨酸锌晶体,采用红外、元素分析及单晶X-射线衍射对合成得到的甘氨酸锌螯合物进行定性定量研究。结果显示,甘氨酸型为2∶1型,化学式为Zn(C_(2)H_(4)NO_(2))_(2)·H_(2)O,晶体为单斜晶系,空间群为c2/c,晶胞参数为a=17.567(3)A,b=5.2073(16)A,c=9.8299(13)A,α=90°,β=121.072(1)°,γ=90°,Z=4,V=770.205A^(3)。锌与甘氨酸中的氮及氧配位形成四配位的五元螯合环,水不参与配位,为结晶水。研究表明,该单晶制备方法过程简单、无副产物,产物结构新颖、收率高。The research was to obtain a zinc glycine chelate with different crystal forms.A new type of glycine zinc crystal was synthesized by adjusting reaction temperature,pH value and the ratio of the quantity of raw materials.The synthesized glycine zinc chelate was qualitatively and quantitatively studied using infrared spectroscopy,elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction.The results showed that the glycine type was 2:1,the chemical formula was Zn(C_(2)H_(4)NO_(2))_(2)·H_(2)O,the crystal was monoclinic crystal system,the space group was c2/c and the cell parameters were a=17.567(3)A,b=5.2073(16)A,c=9.8299(13)A,α=90°,β=121.072(1),=90°,Z=4,V=770.205 A^(3).Zinc c0ordinates with nitrogen and oxygen in glycine to form a four coordinated five member chelate ring.Water did not participate in coordination,which was of crystallization.The study indicates that the single crystal preparation method has a simple process,no by-products,novel product structure and high yield.
