甘草的生物功能及其在畜禽生产中的应用

摘　　要：近年来,天然植物饲料产品作为一种潜在的高效抗生素替代品在动物生产中的应用越来越广泛。甘草属多年生草本植物,是一种传统的药饲两用中药,甘草中含有多种天然活性物质和营养成分,主要包括多糖类、三萜皂苷类、黄酮类、淀粉、胆碱、氨基酸、香豆素、维生素、植物甾醇等。甘草在调节免疫、抗病毒、抗氧化以及抗炎抗菌等方面发挥重要的作用。甘草作为新型饲料添加剂能够提高动物生产性能、增强机体抗氧化活性和免疫功能,改善机体健康,在养殖业具有广阔的应用前景。文章综述了甘草的生物学功能及其提取物在畜禽生产中的应用,为甘草的深入研究以及在养殖业中的合理应用提供参考。Recently,as a potential and efficient antibiotic substitute,natural plant feed products have been widely used in animal production.Licori,a perennial herb,is a traditional Chinese medicine for both medicine and feed.Licorice contains many natural active substances and nutrients,mainly including polysaccharides,triterpenoid saponins,flavonoids,starch,choline,amino acids,coumarin,vitamins and phytosterols.Licorice plays an important role in immunomodulation,antivirus,antioxidation,anti-inflammatory and antibacterial.As a new feed additive,licorice can improve animal production performance,enhance antioxidant activity and immune function,and then improve the health of the body.It has broad research value and application prospects in aquaculture.The paper summarizes the biological function of natural plant licorice and the application of its extract in livestock and poultry production,to provide a reference basis for the indepth study of licorice and its reasonable application in animal production.
