摘  要:我国食用菌资源丰富,每年食用菌渣的产量巨大。食用菌渣具有较高的营养价值,同时富含黄酮类、皂苷及甾醇等活性物质,具有一定的药用价值。食用菌渣通过合理的处理方式开发为饲料应用于畜禽生产可以提高畜禽的生产性能,增强机体的免疫和抗氧化能力;部分食用菌渣还可以提高畜禽消化系统功能,调节肠道菌群结构,提升营养物质消化利用率,在动物养殖中具有极高的应用研究价值。文章旨在通过分析食用菌渣的营养价值、饲料化方式,并综述其对畜禽生产和养殖经济效益的影响,为食用菌渣资源循环利用提供参考,并为解决蛋白饲料短缺问题提供新的见解。China has abundant edible mushroom resources,and the annual production of edible mushroom residue is huge.Edible mushroom residue has high nutritional value and is rich in active substances such as flavonoids,saponins,and sterols,which have certain medicinal value.Developing edible mushroom residue in a reasonable way as feed for livestock and poultry production can significantly improve the production performance of livestock and poultry,improve the immune and antioxidant capacity of livestock and poultry.Part of the edible mushroom residue can also promote the digestive system function of livestock and poultry,affect the structure of intestinal microbiota,improve the digestion and utilization rate of nutrients,have high application research value in animal husbandry.The article aims to analyze the nutritional value and feeding methods of edible mushroom residue,summarize its impact on the economic benefits of livestock and poultry production and breeding,providing reference for the recycling and utilization of edible mushroom residue resources,and providing new insights for solving the problem of protein feed shortage.
