摘 要:为解决无线传感器网络中传感器节点由于自身软硬件故障或监测环境恶劣等因素导致收集到的数据出现丢失的问题,本文提出了一种无线传感器网络中基于图信号处理的数据恢复方法。首先,根据网络数据的时间平滑特性和空间平滑特性构建时空图,然后,通过图信号处理中平滑性概念和数据低秩特性设计优化目标,最后,采用交替方向乘子法求解,实现数据恢复的目的。仿真结果表明,与无线传感器网络中现有的数据恢复方法相比,所提方法具有较高的恢复精度。In order to solve the problem that the data collected by the sensor nodes in the wireless sensor network is lost due to the failure of their own software and hardware or the poor monitoring environment,this paper proposes a data recovery method based on graph signal processing in wireless sensor network.Firstly,according to the temporal and spatial smoothing characteristics of network data,a spatiotemporal graph is constructed.Then,the optimization target is designed through the concept of smoothness in graph signal processing and the low-rank characteristics of data,and the method of alternating direction multiplier is used to solve the problem.The simulation results show that the proposed method has higher recovery accuracy than the existing data recovery methods in wireless sensor network.
