摘 要:射频多频系统的应用越来越广泛,而功率放大器作为射频发射系统前端的关键部分,其效率和性能一直是设计的重点。本文设计了一种基于Wi-Fi6频段的高效率双频F类功率放大器。通过设计的双频谐波控制网络来精确的控制两个频率的二次和三次谐波,ADS中版图仿真结果显示该双频F类功放在2.4GHz-2.49GHz时,功率附加效率(Power added efficiency,PAE)超过67%,增益大于13dB,在5.725GHz-5.875GHz时,PAE维持在49%-52%,增益大于10.4dB,并且在两个频率的二次谐波和三次谐波都得了有效的抑制,满足射频前端发射机的性能要求。The application of RF multi-frequency systems is becoming more and more extensive,and the efficiency and performance of power amplifiers,as a key part of the front end of RF transmission systems,have always been the focus of design.In this paper,a high-efficiency dual-band Class-F power amplifier based on the Wi-Fi 6 band is designed.The dual-band harmonic control network is designed to accurately control the secondary and third harmonics of two frequencies.The Layout simulation results in ADS show that the dual-band Class-F work is placed in 2.4GHz-2.49GHz,power added efficiency(PAE)More than 67%,gain greater than 13dB,at 5.72GHz-5.875GHz,PAE maintained at 49%-52%o,gain greater than 10.4dB,and the secondary harmonics and three harmonics at two frequencies are effectively suppressed to meet the performance requirements of RF frontend transmitters.
