摘　　要：海上航空救生分队作为一支特殊的水面救援力量,在援潜救生过程中发挥了重要作用,其医疗救治能力与援潜救生的成功与否密切相关,提高其医疗救治能力是提升援潜救生能力的重要一环。笔者基于前期针对海上航空救生分队医疗救治能力的调查和研究,从构建培训体系的三要素、培训理念及内容设置、评价体系等方面,初步探讨我国海上航空救生分队医疗救治能力的培训体系。As a special surface rescue force,maritime aviation rescue detachment plays an importantrole in submarine escape and rescue.Its capability of medical rescue and treatment is essential to the success of submarine escape and rescue.Therefore,it is crucial to improve the capability so as to enhance the general capability of submarine escape and rescue.Based on the previous investigation and research on the current status of the medical rescue and treatment capability of maritime aviation rescue detachment,we tentatively explored the training system of medical rescue and treatment capability of maritime aviation rescue detachment in China,from the aspects of the three key elements of establishing such a training system,training concept,training program setting,evaluation system,and so on.
