摘  要:渤海油田某储层具有高孔高渗、非均质性强的特征,其在洗压井过程中存在工作液漏失速率大以及封堵效果差问题。大量漏失进入地层的工作液通常引起地层孔隙堵塞、出砂等储层伤害,从而导致油井排液复产困难、产量下降,且总体呈现井下漏失总量越大,伤害越严重的趋势。最大限度降低修井液漏失以对储层进行保护是目前急需解决的难题。根据储层孔隙特征,依托理想充填理论模型,设计开发出储层桥堵型暂堵剂,其使用不同粒径的固相颗粒与地层孔隙匹配,实现修井过程中的大漏失井封堵。Some reservoir in Bohai oilfield were characterized by high porosity,high permeability and strong heterogeneity.During well flushing and killing,there were problems such as large leakoff rate and poor plugging effect.A large amount of downhole fluid loss usually causes formation pore plugging,sand production and other reservoir damage,which made it difficult for oil wells to flowback and resume production,and the production decreases.In general,the greater the total amount of downhole fluid loss,the more serious the damage.Therefore,it was an urgent problem to minimize the leakoff rate to protect the reservoir.Based on the reservoir pore characteristics and the ideal filling theoretical model,areservoir bridging agent,which uses solid particles with different sizes to match the formation pores to achieve plugging of large leakoff wells during workover was developed.
