摘　　要：对河北新启元能源技术开发股份有限公司硫酸及酸性气联合处理装置进行系统性工艺优化。通过采用酸性气水洗净化和裂解炉多种温度检测技术组合的方法解决了酸性气管道结盐堵塞、裂解炉温度计运行不稳定以及配件损耗大等问题,实现了稀酸回收利用以及含硫废水联合处理的功能。The process of the sulfuric acid and acid gas joint treatment unit of Hebei Xinqiyuan Energy Technology Development Co.,Ltd was systematically optimized.By using acombination of acid gas water washing purification and various temperature detection technologies for the cracking furnace,the problems of salt blockage in the acid gas pipeline,unstable operation of the cracking furnace thermometer,and large accessory loss have been solved.The functions of dilute acid recycling and joint treatment of sulfur-containing wastewater have been achieved.
