摘 要:利用Suzuki偶联反应合成了一种由芴和四苯乙烯为主体结构的新型聚集诱导发光(AIE)活性聚合物。对聚合物反应中溶剂种类、碱的类型、反应温度及反应时间等对产物收率的影响进行了方法学研究,并对实验条件进行了优化。分别使用核磁共振氢谱、凝胶渗透色谱对产物的结构及分子量进行了分析表征。同时,对产物的荧光及紫外-可见吸收性质进行了表征。聚合物在不同水含量的四氢呋喃-水混合溶剂中的荧光光谱数据表明,聚合物的发光随着含水量增加呈现增强的趋势,证实了其AIE性质。A novel aggregation-induced emission(AIE)active polymer consisting of fluorene and tetraphenylethene was synthesized by Suzuki coupling reaction.Methodological study of solvent effect,base type,reaction temperature and reaction time were conducted and discussed based on the product yield,and the experimental conditions were optimized.The structure and molecular weight of the products were identified by 1 H-NMR and gel permeation chromatography,respectively.Meanwhile,the fluorescence and UV-visible absorption properties of the products were characterized.In addition,the fluorescence spectral dataof the polymer solution in tetrahydrofuran-water mixed solvents with different water content showed an increasing trend of the polymer fluorescence with the enhancement of water content,indicating their AIE property.
