摘　　要：采用非极性毛细管色谱柱以及热导检测器,用气相外标法进行叔丁胺中游离氨含量的分析,并验证了该方法的选择性、准确性和可靠性。结果表明,游离氨浓度在0.28~5.61mg/mL范围内线性关系良好(R^(2)=0.999,n=6),平均加标回收率为98.72%,相对标准偏差(RSD)<3%。该方法具有操作简单、准确度高以及重现性好的优点,可用于叔丁胺中游离氨的含量的分析检测。The determination of free ammoniain tert-butylamine was carried out by using aweak polarity capillary column,external standard method and thermal conductivity detector,and the selectivity,accuracy and reliability of the method were verified.The results showed that the linear relationship of free ammoniaconcentration was good(R^(2)=0.999,n=6)in the range of 0.28~5.61mg/mL.The average recoveries were 98.72%and the relative standard deviations(RSDS)were less than 3%.The method has the advantages of simple operation,high accuracy and good reproducibility,and can be used to analyze and monitor the content of free ammoniain tertbutylamine.
