真空干燥箱的校准方法及常见问题分析

摘　　要：真空干燥箱能创造真空的条件,对一些物品进行干燥处理,所以被广泛应用于医药、食品、生物科技,以及农业科研等方面。真空干燥箱的出现为干燥比较复杂的物品创造了有利条件,解决了传统干燥器存在的弊端,并且在使用的过程中更加安全。但是真空干燥箱需要定期进行校准。本文选择真空干燥箱作为研究对象,对其校准的方法进行具体分析,对真空干燥箱校准时存在的问题进行探讨,并对存在的问题提出了解决措施。Vacuum ovens can create vacuum conditions and be widely used in medicine,food,biotechnology,and agricultural research for drying and processing certain items.The appearance of vacuum drying ovens has created favorable conditions for drying items with complex compositions,solved the disadvantages of traditional dryers,and is safer to use.However,vacuum ovens need to be calibrated regularly.This article chooses vacuum ovens as the research object,analyzes the method of calibration in detail,discusses the problems that exist during the calibration of vacuum ovens,and proposes solutions to these problems.
