摘　　要：海洋渔业是辽宁省传统优势产业,也是全省海洋经济重要组成部分,在构建新发展格局过程中机遇和挑战并存。本文基于《中国渔业统计年鉴》及相关文献资料,考察分析了辽宁省海洋渔业经济发展现状与趋势性变化,剖析了产业存在的科技创新能力不足、资源环境制约、规模效率低下、外贸萎缩等问题,并从强化科技支撑、优化产业空间布局、培育新动能、完善生产经营体系和实施品牌化战略等五个方面提出了促进产业高质量发展的对策建议,以期为辽宁海洋渔业强省建设提供参考。Marine fishery is a traditional competitive industry in Liaoning Province,as well an important part of the provincial marine economy.Opportunities and challenges coexist in the process of building the new development paradigm.Based on the China Fishery Statistical Yearbook and related documents,this paper inspects and analyzes the status and trend changes of marine fishery economy in Liaoning Province.The problems existing in the industryare also analyzed,such asinsufficient scientific and technological innovation capacity,resource and environment constraints,low scale efficiency,etc.Finally,the strategies and suggestions to promote the high quality development of the industry are proposed from five aspects,includingstrengthening scientific and technological support,optimizing the industrial spatial layout,cultivating new momentum,improving the production and management system,and implementing brand strategy.It is expected to provide references for the construction of powerful marine fishery industries in LiaoningProvince.
