摘　　要：目的:探究IK-Care智能化康复系统对脑卒中患者日常生活活动能力的影响,并与常规康复治疗相比较。方法:31家康复中心纳入349例脑卒中患者,随机分为对照组(174例)和观察组(175例),对照组患者接受常规康复治疗,观察组患者接受IK-Care智能化康复系统治疗。两组患者在治疗前后分别进行Barthel指数、Brunnstrom分期及肩、髋、膝屈曲主动关节活动度评定。结果:治疗2周后,两组患者的Barthel指数,Brunnstrom分期及肩、髋、膝屈曲主动关节活动度均较治疗前显著提高(均P<0.01),两组患者治疗后的各项结局指标均无显著性差异(均P>0.05)。结论:IK-Care智能化系统进行治疗能有效改善脑卒中患者的功能预后,且在改善ADL方面的治疗效果与常规康复治疗相当。Objective:To explore the effect of IK care rehabilitation system on activities of daily living in stroke patients and compare it with conventional rehabilitation treatment.Method:Three hundred and forty-nine stroke patients in 31 rehabilitation centers were randomly divided into control group(n=174)and observation group(n=175).The patients in the control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment,and the patients in the observation group received treatment based on IK care rehabilitation system.Barthel index,Brunnstrom stage and active range of motion(shoulder,hip and knee flexion)were evaluated before and after treatment.Result:After 2 weeks of treatment,the Barthel index,Brunnstrom stage and active range of motion of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(all P<0.01),but no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(all P>0.05).Conclusion:The finding of this study showed that IK-Care rehabilitation system can enhanced the ability to perform ADL in stroke patients,and might be as effective as conventional rehabilitation.
