摘　　要：目的 探讨记忆合金钉脚固定器(Memory Alloy Nail-Foot Fixator,MANFF)在肋骨骨折手术中的应用及临床疗效。方法 采用记忆合金钉脚固定器(部分病例合用锁定接骨板或记忆合金环抱器)治疗30例肋骨骨折患者,术后复查及出院后随访复查,观察骨折愈合情况,评价临床疗效。结果 术后常规复查胸片及胸部CT,骨折对位对线良好,1例有轻度上下移位情况;术后随访1~3月,骨折均愈合良好,胸壁表面异物感不明显,无脱位、移位等情况发生。结论 记忆合金钉脚固定器具有结构设计合理、无磁性、重量轻、植入方便、力学稳定性强、生物相容性优良的特性,它能够向骨折端持续提供轴向加压作用,治疗断端相对整齐的肋骨骨折效果确切,对靠近脊柱旁的骨折优势明显。由于材料细小,在胸壁表面不易触及,患者感受良好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application and clinical efficacy of memory alloy nail-foot fixator(MANFF) in rib fracture surgery.Methods Memory alloy nail-foot fixators(in some cases,sharing locked bone plates or memory alloy embracing fixators) were used to treat 30 patients with rib fractures.And we observed the fracture healing and evaluated the clinical efficacy through postoperative review and post-discharge follow-up review.Results With postoperative routine review of chest x-ray and chest CT,the fracture alignment was good,and one case had mild up and down displacement.After 1-3 months of postoperative follow-up,the fractures healed well,and the foreign body sensation on the surface of the chest wall was not obvious,and there was no dislocation,displacement and other conditions.Conclusion The memory alloy nail foot fixator has the characteristics of reasonable structural design,non-magnetic,light weight,convenient implantation,strong mechanical stability and excellent biocom-patibility,which can continuously provide axial compression to the fracture end,and the effect of treating rib fractures with relatively neat broken ends is exact.It has obvious advantages for fractures near the spine.Due to the small material,it is not easy to touch on the chest wall surface,and the patients feel good,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
