摘 要:为提升电力行业供给侧安全与稳定,实现变压器的全方位监测,设计了基于可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱与波长调制技术的变压器油中溶解气体监测系统。该系统根据变压器的七种基本故障特征气体的近红外吸收波段,选择波长为1579nm、1653nm、1680nm、1532nm的四个分布式反馈蝶形激光器,实现了CO、CO_(2)、CH_(4)、C_(2)H_(6)、C_(2)H_(4)、C_(2)H_(2)六种气体的TDLAS测量,选用半导体氢气传感器实现H_(2)测量,并基于最小二乘的分段线性拟合完成二次谐波到气相浓度、气相到液相的转换计算。高浓度测试中,烃类气体与H_(2)的相对偏差在5%以内,碳氧化合物的相对偏差不超过10%,满足变压器的检测需求。In order to improve the security and stability of the supply side of the power industry and realize the all-round monitoring of transformers,a monitoring system for dissolved gases in transformer oil based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy and wavelength modulation spectroscopy technology is designed.The system selects four distributed feedback butterfly lasers with wavelengths of 1579nm,1653nm,1680nm and 1532nm according to the near-infrared absorption bands of the seven basic fault characteristic gases of the transformer to achieve TDLAS measurement of six gases,including CO,CO_2,CH_4,C_2H_6,C_2H_4and C_2H_2.The semiconductor hydrogen sensor is selected to achieve H_2measurement,and the conversion calculation from the second harmonic to the gas phase concentration and from the gas phase to the liquid phase is completed based on the piecewise linear fitting of the least squares.In the high concentration test,the relative deviation between hydrocarbon gas and H_2is within 5%,and the relative deviation of carbon oxides is not more than 10%,meeting the detection requirements of transformers.
