航煤加氢精制装置生产精制石脑油工业实践

摘　　要：航煤加氢精制装置受航空煤油销售市场份额影响需间断生产,同时催化汽油产品利润薄弱;考虑到化工市场PX产品价格优势,为增产PX产品实现公司效益最大化,某公司于2022年7月28日至8月,在未改变航煤加氢装置现有流程的基础上通过优化主要操作参数,包括反应系统压力、反应器入口温度、分馏塔塔釜及塔顶温度和回流比、轻油比等,分别加工常顶一级石脑油(负荷64%)及掺炼催化汽油(催化汽油比例36%,100%负荷),每种工况任意选取4天,并以每天6∶00数据作分析,连续稳定生产出满足连续重整装置进料要求(硫含量≤0.5μg/g、氮含量≤0.5μg/g、馏程范围80~180℃、水含量≤20μg/g、溴指数≤100mgBr/100g)的精制石脑油产品,实现了航煤加氢精制装置加工常顶一级石脑油及掺炼催化汽油生产精制石脑油的目标,经测算,年实现效益增加1.28亿元。Jet fuel hydrofining unit needs to be operated intermittently as affected by the market share of jet fuel sales,and the profits of catalytic gasoline products are small.Considering the price advantage of PX prod-ucts in the chemical market,a company optimized the main operating parameters of jet fuel hydrofining unit including the pressure of reaction system,the inlet temperature of reactor,the overhead and bottom temperature of fractionating tower,the reflux ratio and the light oil ratio from July 28 to August 2022 without changing the existing process flow,so as to increase the production of PX products and maximize the benefits.The atmospheric top primary oil(at 64%load)and blending catalytic gasoline(with a blending ratio of 36%at100%load)were respectively processed.Any 4 days were selected for each working condition,and the data at6:00 each day was used for analysis.Refined naphtha products that meet the feed requirements of continuous reforming unit(sulfur content≤0.5ppm,nitrogen content≤0.5ppm,distillation range of 80-180℃,water content≤20ppm,bromine index≤100mgBr/100g)were continuously and stably produced.The goal of processing atmospheric top primary naphtha and blending catalytic gasoline in jet fuel hydrofining unit to produce re-fined naphtha was realized.It was estimated that the annual benefit was increased by 128million yuan.
