摘　　要：目的通过真实世界数据研究方法对进行婴儿培养箱临床应用评价,以此构建婴儿培养箱应用效果评价方法。方法基于某三甲妇幼保健院的数据系统,回顾性收集2022年1—4月新生儿科患儿基本信息(胎龄、入院体重、体温记录等)和所用婴儿培养箱的品牌,并按所使用婴儿培养箱品牌分成3组。通过专家法选择“24h最低体温”“24h最高体温”“平均体温”和“体温波动度”4个体现应用效果的关键指标。对4个关键指标量化,以4个指标的得分总和作为婴儿培养箱应用效果得分。比较3种品牌婴儿培养箱的应用效果,讨论婴儿培养箱应用效果评价对医疗机构设备采购与使用管理的指导作用。结果经统计,4项指标的得分总和组2优于组1优于组3(5.20>4.950>4.54);“24h最低体温”指标得分组2略优于组1优于组3(0.880>0.870>0.59);“24h最高体温”指标得分组2优于组1优于组3(1.270>1.160>1.07);“平均体温”指标得分组2优于组3优于组1(2.000>1.950>1.93);“体温波动度”指标得分组2优于组1优于组3(1.050>0.980>0.93)。组2的婴儿培养箱应用效果明显优于其他两组。结论基于真实世界数据的婴儿培养箱应用效果评价方法,不仅能够对婴儿培养箱的应用效果进行层次区分,还能对医疗机构配置婴儿培养箱机型选择提供参考。Objective The evaluation method of the clinical application of infant incubator was carried out by real-world data research method,and the evaluation method of infant incubator application effect was constructed.Methods Based on the data system of a third-class maternal and child health hospital,the basic information(gestational age,admission weight,body temperature record,etc.)and the brand of the infant incubator used were retrospectively collected from January 2022 to April 2022,and divided into three groups according to the brand of the infant incubator used.Four key evaluation indicators,namely“24h minimum body temperature”,“24h maximum body temperature”,“average body temperature”and“body temperature fluctuation”,were selected by the expert method.The four key evaluation indicators were quantified,and the sum of the scores of the four indicators was used as the infant incubator application effect score.The application effects of three brands of infant incubators were compared,and the guiding role of infant incubator application effect evaluation on the procurement and use management of equipment in medical institutions was discussed.Results According to statistics,the sum score of the four indicators was better than that of group 1 and better than group 3(5.20>4.95>4.54).The index of“24-hour minimum body temperature”was slightly better than group 1 and better than group 3(0.88>0.87>0.59).The index of“24-hour maximum body temperature”was better than group 1 in group 2 and better than in group 3(1.27>1.16>1.07).The“mean body temperature”index was better than group 3 in group 2(2.00>1.95>1.93).The“Temperature Fluctuation”indicator was better than Group 1 over Group 3(1.05>0.98>0.93).The infant incubator application in group 2 was significantly better than that of the other two groups.Conclusion Based on real-world data,the infant incubator application effect evaluation method can not only distinguish the application effect of infant incubator,but also provide reference for the se
