基于TRIZ理论的老年患者口含式雾化吸入器设计与评价

摘　　要：目的基于TRIZ理论,设计一种老年患者口含式雾化吸入器,并对其进行评价。方法以TRIZ理论为基础,利用其理论中的物-场分析原理以及76种标准解,设计一款口含式老年患者雾化吸入器。采用优度评价方法,对传统的口含式雾化吸入器、面罩式雾化吸入器和本设计产品进行综合评价,采用临床评价对比三种雾化吸入装置的雾化吸入时间、雾化中断次数和雾化舒适度。结果老年患者口含式雾化吸入器设计方案拟合优度0.85,高于传统的口含式雾化吸入器和面罩式雾化吸入器,且雾化吸入时间和雾化舒适度均高于其他两种设计,雾化中断次数低于其他两种设计,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本研究基于TRIZ理论设计一种针对老年患者的口含式雾化吸入器,设计方案的优度评价较高,能够提高雾化吸入时间和雾化的舒适度,同时减少雾化中断次数,具有临床实际应用的价值。Objective To design and evaluate an oral nebulizer for elderly patients based on TRIZ theory.Methods Based on TRIZ theory and using the theory of matter-field analysis principle and 76 standard solutions,an oral atomizing inhaler for elderly patients was designed.The traditional oral atomizing inhaler,mask atomizing inhaler and the designed product were comprehensively evaluated by using the superior evaluation method.The atomizing inhalation time,atomizing interruption times and atomizing comfort of the three kinds of atomizing inhaler were compared by clinical evaluation.Results The goodness-of-fit of the design scheme of oral nebul inhaler in elderly patients was 0.85,which was higher than that of traditional oral nebulizer and mask nebulizer,and the nebulization inhalation time and atomization comfort were higher than those of the other two designs,and the number of atomization interruptions was lower than that of the other two designs,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion This study designs an oral nebulizer for elderly patients based on TRIZ theory,which has a high degree evaluation of the design scheme,which can improve the time of nebulization inhalation and the comfort of atomization,and reduce the number of atomization interruptions,which has the value of clinical practical application.
