摘 要:以2-溴丙烯为原料、溴化氢为溴代试剂,经亲电加成反应合成2,2-二溴丙烷。考察了不同类型溴化氢参与反应及用量、反应温度对2,2-二溴丙烷收率的影响。得到了制备2,2-二溴丙烷的最佳条件为n(溴化氢33%醋酸溶液):n(2-溴丙烯)=2.4:1,无需溶剂帮助,15℃反应6小时。在该条件下,2-溴丙烯转化率85%,2,2-二溴丙烷选择性83%,收率70%。该工艺适用于2,2-二溴丙烷的合成,对其他偕二卤代化合物的合成也有一定普适性。2,2-Dibromopropane was synthesized by the eletrophilie addition reaction using 2-bromopropene as the raw material and hydrogen bromide as the bromine reagent.The efctse of the participation of different types of hydrogen bromide in the reaction and the amount and reaction temperature on the yield of 2,2-dibromopropane were investigated.The optimum conditions for the preparation of 2,2-dibromopropane were obtained as n(hydrogen bromide 33%acetic acid solution):n(2-bromopropene)=2.4:1 without the help of solvent,and the reaction was carried out at 15 C for 6 hours.Under these conditions,the conversion of 2-bromopropene was 85%2,2-dibromopropane selectivity was 83%and the yield was 70%。The process is suitable for the synthesis of 2,2-dibromopropane and has some general apllielbllity to the synthesis of other gem-Dihalides compounds.
