摘　　要：研究了一种C.I.颜料红179的化学反应颜料化方法。在含C.I.颜料红179粗品的水相中,加入氨基苯磺酸、苯酚或苯胺衍生物和表面活性剂,发生重氮化-偶合反应,在原位生成偶氮化合物。这种包括化学反应过程的颜料化加工方法,在改善C.I.颜料红179的分散性和颜料着色力的同时,又提高了颜料的产率。A chemical reaction pigmentation method for C.I.pigment red 179 was studied.Aminobenzenesulfonic acid,phenol or aniline derivatives,and surfactants were added to an aqueous phase that containing pigment crude,thus,azo compounds in situ were obtained by diazotization coupling reaction.This pigment processing method,which ineludes chemical reaction processes,could improve the easy-dispersibility and tinting strength of C.I.pigment Red 179,and could also increase the yield of the pigment.
