摘 要:聚乙二醇溶液渗析能够有效脱出污泥中的水分,可达到深度脱水的目的,但其有效脱水范围有限,难以直接应用于污泥的工业化脱水中。为此,进一步设计了聚乙二醇溶液渗析联合真空压力的污泥脱水试验,以分析多场联合作用下规模化的污泥脱水效果。试验结果表明,真空压力的作用能够显著提高聚乙二醇溶液渗析的有效脱水范围,在80 kPa真空压力作用下,聚乙二醇溶液渗析的有效影响距离可达到15.2 cm,与无真空压力作用相比提高了约181%。对脱水后的污泥进行扫描电镜及光学显微镜观察发现,真空压力可以压密污泥结构,阻碍聚乙二醇溶液渗析脱水过程中裂隙的形成,有利于排水通道的畅通,从而提高聚乙二醇溶液渗析的脱水效果及其有效性。Polyethylene glycol solution dialysis can effectively remove the water in the sludge and achieve deep dewatering.However,its effective dewatering range is limited,and it is difficult to be directly applied to the industrial dewatering of sludge.Therefore,the experiment of polyethylene glycol solution dialysis combined with vacuum pressure for sludge dewatering was further designed to analyze the large-scale sludge dewatering performance under the combined action of multiple fields.The vacuum pressure significantly improved the effective dewatering range of polyethylene glycol solution dialysis.When the vacuum pressure was 80 kPa,the effective influence distance of polyethylene glycol solution dialysis was increased to 15.2 cm,which was 181%higher than that without vacuum pressure.The dewatered sludge was observed by scanning electron microscope and optical microscope.Vacuum pressure compacted the sludge structure and hindered the formation of cracks during the dewatering process of polyethylene glycol solution dialysis,which was beneficial to the smooth flow of the drainage channel and improve the dewatering performance and effectiveness.
