摘 要:采用溶剂挥发法培养得到克拉霉素-琥珀酸的共晶,并运用X射线单晶衍射技术对其立体结构进行解析。结果表明,晶态下克拉霉素与琥珀酸之间存在氢键,二者形成共晶,而非成盐。同时,1分子结晶溶剂甲醇和0.5分子结晶水也参与到氢键的形成中,多组氢键加强了晶态下分子间的稳定堆积排列。The cocrystal of clarithromycin-succinic acid was obtained by solvent evaporation method and its single crystal X-ray diffraction structure was solved.The results showed that there were hydrogen bonds between clarithromycin and succinic acid in crystalline state,and the two components formed the cocrystal instead of the salt.One methanol molecule and a half water molecules were also participated into the formation of hydrogen bonds,and multiple groups of hydrogen bonds strengthened the stable stacking arrangement of molecules in the crystalline state.
