摘　　要：为了研究发酵饲料对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及盲肠中微生物菌群多样性的影响,选择30周龄海兰褐蛋鸡288只,随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复24只,其中对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂基础日粮+3%发酵饲料,试验期56 d。结果:饲料中添加3%的发酵饲料,对产蛋性能没有显著影响(P>0.05),但可以显著降低破蛋率、提升蛋壳强度(P<0.05);可以改变鸡的肠道菌群结构,其中厚壁菌属丰度显著高于对照组,拟杆菌属丰度显著低于对照组。This experiment was to determine the effects of fermented feed on the production performance,egg quality and microbial flora diversity in the cecum of layer chickens.28830-week-old Highland brown layer chickens were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 6 replicates per group and 24 chickens per replicate.The control group was fed with basic diet,and the experimental group was fed with basic diet plus 3%fermented feed.The trial period was 8 weeks.The results showed that adding 3%fermented feed significantly reduced the egg breakage rate and improved the strength of the eggshell.The addition of fermented feed changed the structure of the intestinal flora.The abundance of Firmicutes of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,but the abundance of Bacteroides was significantly lower.
