利用Meta分析葡萄糖氧化酶对白羽肉鸡生长性能的影响

摘  要:为综合分析葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)对白羽肉鸡生长性能的影响,通过中国知网、万方数据、Web of Science及PubMed数据库检索关键词:葡萄糖氧化酶、肉鸡和生长性能,筛选出符合标准的公开发表的12篇文献进行荟萃分析。利用Stata16.0软件对生长性能指标平均日采食量(ADFI)、平均日增重(ADG)和饲料转化效率(FCR)进行加权平均数(WMD)和95%置信区间(CI)分析,并进行发表偏倚和敏感性分析。结果:GOD对ADFI、ADG和FCR的WMD及95%CI分别为[0.71(-0.76,2.19),P=0.34],[1.47(0.70,2.25),P<0.05],[-0.04(-0.05,-0.03),P<0.05]。发表偏倚和敏感性分析表明GOD提高ADFI 0.71 g/d,结果稳定但不具有显著性;GOD提高肉鸡ADG 1.47 g/d(P<0.05),结论稳定且具有显著性;GOD改善饲料转换效率0.04(P<0.05),结论显著稳定,但存在发表偏倚。Meta-analysis was used here to comprehensively analyze the effects of glucose oxidase(GOD)on the growth performance of white broilers.12 officially published articles were selected from CNKI,WANFANG DATA,web of science and PubMed by searching the keywords:glucose oxidase,broilers,and growth performance.The software of Stata 16.0 was used to do the analysis including WMD and 95%CI,publication bias and sensitivity.The results showed as follows:(1)The WMD and 95%CI of ADFI,ADG and FCR were[0.71(-0.76,2.19),P=0.34],[1.47(0.70,2.25),P<0.05]and[-0.04(-0.05,-0.03),P<0.05],respectively.(2)The analysis of sensitivity and publication bias showed that GOD had stable increasing effect of 0.71 g/d on ADFI,with significance(P<0.05),and of 1.47 g/d on ADG;and it significantly improved 0.04 of FCR,with publication bias,though.
