乡村文化兴盛道路上的公共图书馆建设研究——基于广西南宁市公共图书馆的实践探索

摘　　要：乡村振兴战略是党作出的重大决策部署,是决战全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重大历史任务,是新时代“三农”工作的总抓手。“乡村文化兴盛之路”作为乡村振兴战略的主要内容,对公共图书馆建设提出了全新标准与要求。基于新时期走好乡村文化兴盛之路中公共图书馆的职能与担当,对图书馆服务体系建设的现状及存在问题进行分析与研究,并从统筹体系建设、创新文化传承、提升公民素养等方面提出对策与思考,以期为公共图书馆助力乡村振兴提供参考。The rural revitalization strategy is a major decision made by the Cammunist Party of China,a major histori⁃cal task in the decisive battle to build a modern socialist country in all respects,and the general focus of the work of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"in the new era.As the main content of the rural revitalization strategy,The road to the prosperity of rural culture puts forward new standards and requirements for the con⁃struction of public libraries.Based on the functions and responsibilities of public libraries in the road to the prosperity of rural culture in the new era,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of library service system building.Meanwhile,in order to provide reference for public libraries to help rural re⁃vitalization,it also puts forward countermeasures and reflections from aspects of overall system building,in⁃novative cultural inheritance,and improvement of civic literacy.
