摘  要:线粒体自噬通过选择性清除异常线粒体,减少活性氧与炎症因子的产生,调节炎症反应与氧化应激从而维持细胞稳态。线粒体自噬异常是糖尿病肾病发生机制中重要的一环,高糖可干扰线粒体自噬相关通路,导致糖尿病肾病的进展。文章主要从线粒体自噬的相关通路以及高糖环境下线粒体自噬对肾固有细胞的影响两个方面,探讨线粒体自噬在糖尿病肾病发生发展的作用,为糖尿病肾病的临床治疗提供新思路。Mitophagy maintains cellular homeostasis by selectively removing abnormal mitochondria,reducing the production of reactive oxygen species and inflammatory factors,and regulating inflammatory response and oxidative stress.Abnormal mitophagy is an important part of the mechanism of diabetic nephropathy.High glucose can interfere with the related pathways of mitophagy,leading to the progression of diabetic nephropathy.The paper mainly discusses the role of mitophagy in the occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy from the related pathways of mitophagy and the effect of mitophagy on renal intrinsic cells in high glucose environment,which provides new ideas for the clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
