摘 要:为探究1年生水曲柳(Fraxinus mandshurica)和黄菠萝(Phellodendron amurense)苗木对弱光的适应策略以及确定其最适生长光强,采用4种光强处理(100%、75%、45%、15%全光,记为L100、L75、L45、L15),观测2个树种1年生苗木的生长、光合特性和非结构性碳(NSC)含量及其分配。结果表明,水曲柳苗木除地径外的其他生长指标(光合组织与非光合组织生物量比呈相反趋势)、基本光合参数以及光合产物指标均在L45处理下最高,且部分指标与L15、L100处理下相比差异显著(P<0.05);黄菠萝苗木的生长指标、基本光合参数以及光合产物指标均在L100光强下最高,与其他3个光强下相比差异显著(P<0.05)。2个树种叶绿素指标均随光强的增大而减小(叶绿素a/b增大)。另外,2种苗木各项指标的可塑性为黄菠萝大于水曲柳,水曲柳苗木可塑性值前三的由大到小依次为苗木质量指数、根生物量和叶绿素b,黄菠萝苗木的由大到小依次为苗木质量指数、叶生物量和根生物量。综上所述,1年生水曲柳苗木具有较高的耐阴性,最适生长光强为45%全光(L45);1年生黄菠萝苗木耐阴性较差,最适生长光强为100%全光(L100),可能随着遮阴时间的加长而死亡。To investigate the adaptation strategies of 1-year-old Fraxinus mandshurica and Phellodendron amurense seedlings under low light and to determine their optimal growth light intensities,four light intensity treatments(100%,75%,45%,and 15%full light,noted as L100,L75,L45,and L15)were used to observe the growth,photosynthetic characteristics and non-structural carbon(NSC)content of 1-year-old seedlings of both species and their allocation.The results showed that the growth indexes(photosynthetic tissue to non-photosynthetic tissue biomass ratio showed an opposite trend),basic photosynthetic parameters and photosynthetic product indexes of the Fraxinus mandshurica seedlings,except for the ground diameter,were highest under L45 treatment,and some of them were significantly different(P<0.05)compared with those under L15 and L100 treatments.The growth indexes,basic photosynthetic parameters and photosynthetic product indexes of the Phellodendron amurense seedlings were highest under L100 light intensity,and the differences were significant(P<0.05)compared with the other three light intensities.The chlorophyll(Chl)indexes of both species decreased with increasing light intensity(Chl a/b increased).In addition,the plasticity of each index of both seedlings was greater in Phellodendron amurense than in Fraxinus mandshurica,and the top three plasticity values of Fraxinus mandshurica seedlings were,in descending order,seedling quality index,root biomass,and Chlb,while those of Phellodendron amurense seedlings were,in descending order,seedling quality index,leaf biomass,and root biomass.In conclusion,1-year-old Fraxinus mandshurica seedlings were highly shade tolerant with an optimum growth light intensity of 45%full light(L45);1-year-old Phellodendron amurense seedlings were less shade tolerant with an optimum growth light intensity of 100%full light(L100)and may die with increasing shade time.
