失能老人照顾模式及选择机制研究——以温州市城镇职工失能老人为例

摘　　要：基于温州市城镇职工失能老人数据库,运用层级补偿理论,分析失能老人照顾模式及选择机制。结果显示:失能老人照顾模式选择存在非典型差序机制;失能老人的性别、年龄、居住安排、主要照顾者年龄、长期置管、失能程度是照顾模式选择的重要影响因素。为此,需要重视失能老人配偶的健康状况,完善失能老人照顾服务体系,加强对家庭照顾者的政策支持。Based on the database of the disabled elderly of urban workers in Wenzhou city,this article analyzes the care mode and selection mechanism for disabled elderly people by the hierarchical compensation theory.The results show that there is an atypical differential mechanism in the selection of care modes for disabled elderly people.Gender,age,residential arrangement,age of primary caregivers,long-term care,and disability level are important influencing factors for the selection of care modes for disabled elderly people.We need to pay attention to the health status of spouses of disabled elderly people,improve the care service system for disabled elderly people,and strengthen policy support for family caregivers.
