摘　　要：本文立足数字经济时代大背景,把数据要素参与分配放在中国式现代化的进程中去把握、去认识,这有利于推动现代化经济体系建设、实现共同富裕式、推动国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。同时,本文深入探讨了数据要素参与分配存在的诸多薄弱环节和面临的一系列困境,并以完善数据确权、要素定价、安全管理、公平分配四个方面为着力点,提出新时代推进数据要素参与分配健康有序发展的思路和举措。Under the background of the digital economy era,this paper puts data element participation in distribution in the process of Chinese path to modernization to grasp and understand,and proposes that it is conducive to promote the construction of a modern economic system,realize the common prosperity,and promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.At the same time,it deeply explores the weak links and some difficulties faced by data element participation in distribution,and puts forward measures for promoting the healthy and orderly development of data element participation in distribution in the new era,with four aspects as followings:improving data ownership,factor pricing,security management,and fair distribution.
