摘 要:情报交流是情报编写的重要特征。把握这一点,可以提高情报编写的实效,提升情报编写研究的学术价值。情报编写本质上就是一种情报交流活动,即情报机构及编写者和读者/用户之间开展的以表达情报内容与传递为目的、以情报产品为中介和载体的一种书面语言形式的人际交流活动。情报编写的3个要素即情报机构及编写者、读者/用户以及情报产品,这3个要素都承担相应的情报交流职能,这些职能规定了情报编写的原则、要求等。基于情报交流视角,可以拓展与深化情报编写研究的内容。Intelligence communication is an important attribute of intelligence-writing.Therefore,the effectiveness of intelligence-writing can be improved and the academic value of intelligence-writing research can be enhanced.Intelligence-writing is an intelligence communication activity,that is,a written communication activity carried out between intelligence agencies,writers and readers/users with the purpose of intelligence content expression and transmission and intelligence products as the intermediary and carrier.The three elements of intelligencewriting,namely,the intelligence agencies and the writers,the readers/users and the intelligence products,all undertake corresponding intelligence exchange functions,which stipulate the principles and requirements of intelligence-writing,etc.Based on the perspective of intelligence communication,the content of intelligencewriting research can be expanded and deepened.
