航空制造业竞争情报体系的构建及思考

摘　　要：竞争情报对航空制造业的发展以及其在全球范围内的影响有着很重要的作用。本文分析了中国航空制造业竞争情报工作中存在的主要问题,并针对问题提出了构建航空制造业竞争情报体系和“5N1”模式的竞争情报团队的方法,最后建议未来航空制造业在开展竞争情报时可与知识管理整合,并逐步重视竞争情报网和竞争情报流程软件,统筹规划一个适合航空制造业的竞争情报体系。Competitive intelligence plays an important role in the development of the China’s aviation manufacturing industry and its influence around the word.This paper analyzes the main problems of competitive intelligence in China’s aviation manufacturing industry,and puts forward the methods of building the competitive intelligence system and the“5N1”mode competitive intelligence team in aviation manufacturing industry based on existed problems.In the end,it is suggested that in the future aviation manufacturing industry may integrate with knowledge management,focus on the competitive intelligence network and it’s process software,plan and build an overall competitive intelligence system which is suitable for aviation manufacturing industry.
