摘 要:近年来,合成生物学研究炙手可热,人造细胞更是被全世界顶尖研究团队所关注。构建人造细胞主要有自上而下和自下而上2种模式。科学家们目前已研制出了完全由人造基因控制、能够正常生长和分裂、具有主动运输能力的人造细胞。国际上人造细胞著名的研究机构有克莱格·文特尔研究所(JCVI)和生物技术公司bit.bio等;重要的研究组织有荷兰的BaSyC、英国的FabriCell和德国的MaxSynBio等。在欧洲和美国主要推动该技术发展的力量是SynCellEU倡议和Build-A-Cell社区。人造细胞在细胞结构与功能模拟、新型生物传感器、生物载体转运、微纳米反应器、疾病诊疗等生物医学领域展现出巨大的应用潜力。人造细胞从实验室到临床应用各个阶段的发展仍需要大量的研发投入与监管层的努力。In recent years,the research of synthetic biology is very popular,and artificial cells have become the goal pursued by the world’s top teams.There are two main modes of constructing artificial cells:top-down and bottom-up.Scientists have achieved artificial cells that are completely controlled by artificial genes,capable of normal growth and division,and have active transportation capabilities.Internationally renowned research institutions for artificial cells include the J.Craig Venter Institute(JCVI)and biotechnology company bit.bio.Important research organizations include BaSyC in the Netherlands,FabricCell in the UK,and MaxSynBio in the Germany.The main driving forces in Europe and the United States are the SynCellEU initiative and the Build-A-Cell community.Artificial cells have shown enormous application potential in biomedical fields such as cell structure and function simulation,new biosensors,biological carrier transport,micro nano reactors,and disease diagnosis and treatment.The transformation of artificial cells from laboratory to clinical practice still requires significant research and development investment and regulatory efforts.
