摘  要:文章聚焦危机传播情境下社交媒体用户的涉疫信息转发行为,遵循扎根理论研究范式,深度访谈22名研究对象,提炼出转发动机、转发对象、转发内容、转发形式、转发渠道、转发障碍、转发行为生命周期7个主范畴及核心范畴,进而揭示危机传播情境下社交媒体用户涉疫信息转发行为的形成机理。危机传播情境下社交媒体用户在利益相关、情感交流等动机的驱动下,将筛选后的涉疫信息以特定的形式,通过特定社交媒体平台转发给选定对象,在此过程中存在信息与平台两个层面的障碍。研究发现:随着疫情的发展,社交媒体用户的涉疫信息转发行为呈现出生命周期性特征。研究危机传播情境下社交媒体用户涉疫信息转发行为的形成机理,有助于深度了解与预测用户行为,可以为政府相关信息发布与舆论引导、社交媒体精准信息推送等提供理论参考。This study focuses on the epidemic-related information forwarding behavior of social media users in the context of emergency communication.Following the grounded theory research paradigm,22 participants were interviewed in depth,and seven main(core)categories were extracted,including forwarding motivation,recipient,forwarding content,forwarding form,forwarding channel,forwarding obstacle and forwarding behavior life cycle,thus revealing the formation mechanism of social media users' forwarding behavior of epidemic-related information in emergency situations.In the context of crisis communication,social media users are motivated by interest-related and emotional communication to forward filtered information about the epidemic to specific recipients in special forms and through different social media platforms,in which there are barriers at both information and platform levels.As the epidemic progressed,social media users' forwarding behavior of epidemicrelated information was characterized by its life cycle.This study can help to better understand and predict the information forwarding behavior of social media users in crisis communication situations,and provide theoretical reference for government information dissemination,public opinion guidance,and targeted information recommendation for social media.
