摘　　要：青年发展需要图书馆提供支持,图书馆如何助力青年成才,俄罗斯经验值得借鉴。鉴于俄罗斯国家青年图书馆是其青年服务体系建设的倡导者和核心,文章聚焦《2021-2025年俄罗斯国家青年图书馆发展战略》,分析其制定背景并进行内容解读;结合我国国情,提出图书馆参与青年政策实施、创新青年服务、重视数字资源和空间建设、对外合作开展青年服务工作等建议。Youth development needs the support of libraries.How can libraries help young people to succeed? The experience from Russia is worthwhile.Considering the fact that Russian State Library for Young Adults is the advocate and the core of building the youth service system of Russian libraries,this paper analyzes the background of the Development Strategy of Russian State Library for Young Adults from 2021 to 2025,and interprets its content.In light of the national conditions of China,it puts forward some suggestions for libraries,such as participating in the implementation of youth policies,innovating youth services,attaching importance to digital resources and library spaces,and cooperating with foreign countries to provide youth services.
