摘  要:以小清河为例,分析了末端起推潮位对水面线计算的影响。通过分析潮位与小清河洪水组合关系,分别按恒定流静水位、恒定流动水位2种方案进行小清河水面线计算。结果表明:既定的河道条件下,潮水回水段水位变化受潮水动水位过程影响较大;但同一断面处最高水位的差异较小,动水位过程对最高水位的影响不大。考虑到防洪、防潮安全及其他不确定性因素,推荐采用恒定流静水位方案确定工程规模。Taking Xiaoqing River as an example,the influence of the terminal priming tidal level on the calculation of water surface line was analyzed.By analyzing the combination relationship between tidal level and Xiaoqing River flood,the water surface line of Xiaoqing River was calculated according to two schemes:constant static water level and constant flowing water level.The results show that the change of water level in the backwater section is greatly affected by the tidal dynamic water level process under the given river channel conditions.However,the difference of the highest water level in the same section is small,and the dynamic water level process has little influence on the highest water level.Considering the safety of flood control,moisture resistance and other uncertain factors,it is recommended to adopt the constant static water level scheme to determine the project scale.
