超大宽厚比钢锭多水口浇铸的模拟研究

摘  要:在超大宽厚比钢锭铸造过程中,水口的数量和位置会影响钢液的流动轨迹和温度分布,水口设计不合理会导致钢液卷渣、钢锭内部缺陷增多等问题。本文基于ProCAST软件对超大宽厚比钢锭模铸过程进行模拟,研究单、双和三水口对超大宽厚比钢锭充型和凝固过程的影响。结果表明,多水口浇铸时钢液循环范围扩大,上升流股冲力小;三水口铸锭的疏松缩孔体积比单水口铸锭减少14.2%,比双水口铸锭减少36.9%,三水口浇铸工艺利于减少疏松缩孔缺陷。During the casting process of super width to thickness ratio steel ingots,the number and location of nozzles can affect the flow trajectory and temperature distribution of the molten steel.Poorly designed nozzles can lead to issues such as slag entrapment and internal defects in the steel ingots.The mold casting process of super width to thickness ratio steel ingots was simulated using ProCAST software in this study and investigated the effects of single,double,and triple nozzles on the filling and solidification process.The results indicated that the circulating range of molten steel was increased during multi-nozzle casting,reducing the upward flow momentum.Compared to single-nozzle ingots,the volume of porosity and shrinkage cavities in triplegated ingots was 14.2%smaller,and 36.9%smaller than those in double-nozzle ingots.Therefore,the triplenozzle casting process is effective in reducing porosity and shrinkage cavity defects.
