摘  要:以活性阴离子开环聚合(AROP)技术为基础,环己烷和甲苯为聚合溶剂,四丁基溴化磷为引发剂,三异丁基铝为催化剂,环氧丙烷(PO)为第一单体,环氧丙基苯基醚(GPE)为第二单体,利用AROP聚合诱导自组装(PISA)技术原位制备得到了嵌段聚合物聚环氧丙烷-b-聚环氧丙基苯基醚(PPO-b-PGPE)纳米自组装粒子。研究了固含量和嵌段分子量比例M_(n,PGPE)/M_(n,PPO)对AROP PISA体系的影响,结果表明,当固含量为20%时,基于PPO-b-PGPE的AROP PISA体系在两个阶段的聚合均是可控的,并且通过调节M_(n,PGPE)/M_(n,PPO)可以实现特定形貌纳米自组装粒子(如球形,蠕虫状等)的高效制备,为聚醚纳米组装体的合成提供有效途径,获得的PPO-b-PGPE聚醚纳米组装粒子具有硬核软壳特性,且壳层的PPO与塑料、橡胶具有良好的相容性,可用于塑料、橡胶等材料的补强剂。Cyclohexane and toluene,tetrabutyl phosphonium bromide,triisobutylaluminum,propylene oxide(PO)and phenyl glycidyl ether(GPE)were chosen as the mixed solvent,initiator,catalyst,first monomer,second monomers,respectively.Based on anion ring-opening polymerization(AROP),PPO-b-PGPE nanoparticles were prepared in situ by AROP polymerization-induced self-assembly(PISA).The effect of solid content and diblock molecular weight ratio(M_(n,PGPE)/M_(n,PPO))on AROP PISA system were studied.The results show that when the solid content is 20%,the AROP PISA system based on PPO-b-PGPE is controllable in both polymerization stages.Moreover,adjusting M_(n,PGPE)/M_(n,PPO)can realize the efficient preparation of nano-objects with specific morphology(such as spherical,worm-like,etc.),which provides an effective way for the synthesis of polyether nano-objects,the obtained PPO-b-PGPE polyether nano-objects has characteristics of hard core and soft shell,and the PPO of the shell layer has good compatibility with plastics and rubber,which can be used as reinforcing agents for plastics and rubber.
