高PVB含量改性酚醛树脂薄膜的制备及性能

摘　　要：基于酚醛树脂(PF)脆性大、浇注体试样难制备、成膜性差的问题,以乙醇为溶剂,采用聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)对其改性并制备增韧型PF薄膜。通过电子万能试验机测试树脂薄膜的剥离强度及力学性能,通过差示扫描量热仪和红外光谱研究树脂体系固化机理,通过扫描电子显微镜观察树脂薄膜固化前、后及拉伸断裂处的微观形貌。研究结果表明,PVB质量含量高于30%的改性PF均具有良好的成膜性,PVB与PF可发生接枝反应得到具有增溶作用的接枝共聚物PF-g-PVB,PF/PVB体系的力学性能主要受到树脂配比及相结构的影响,通过调节PF/PVB的配比可得到具有不同相结构的改性树脂,进而得到具有不同力学性能的材料体系。结果表明,当体系质量配比为PF/PVB=60/40时,改性树脂具有最佳综合力学性能,此时作为连续相的PF和作为“海岛”相的PVB共同构成界面相容性良好的树脂材料,在薄膜试样测试条件下,树脂拉伸强度为42.12 MPa、断裂伸长率为2.22%、指定跨距下的弯曲挠度为5.41 mm。Due to the problems of high brittleness,difficulty of pouring casting body sample and poor film forming ability,phenolic resin(PF)was toughened modification to prepare resin film by using polyvinyl butyral(PVB)in ethanol solvent.The peeling strength and mechanical properties of the resin film were tested by electronic universal testing machine.The curing mechanism of the resin system was studied by differential scanning calorimetry and infrared spectroscopy.The micromorphology of the resin film before and after curing and the tensile fracture was observed by scanning electron microscope.The results show that the modified phenolic resin with PVB content higher than 30%has excellent film forming properties.Graft reaction between PVB and PF can produce graft copolymer(PF-g-PVB)with solubilizing effect.The mechanical properties of PF/PVB system were mainly affected by resin ratio and phase structure.By adjusting the mass ratio of PF/PVB,the modified resin with different phase structure and mechanical properties could be obtained.The results show that when the ratio of PF/PVB is 60/40,the modified resin has the optimum mechanical properties.At the condition,PF as a continuous phase and PVB as an“island”phase together constitute a resin material with good interfacial compatibility.Under the test condition of film sample,the tensile strength of the resin is 42.12 MPa,the elongation at break is 2.22%,and the bending deflection under the specified span is 5.41 mm.
